How do I sign up?
Registering and utilizing MannaEV Delivery is a seamless process. You have the option to sign up and book our delivery services directly through our website. Alternatively, you can download our user-friendly app free of charge from:

For Individuals:
- Provide your mobile number, including the country code.
- Enter your First and Last name.
- Fill up your email address.
For Businesses:
- Provide your mobile number, including the country code.
- Create a user name (minimum 5 characters).
- Set a password (minimum 6 characters).
- Fill up your company name.
- Provide your business email address.
- Provide your business address.
What is a Business account, and how can I create one?
A Business account is designed for companies engaged in frequent parcel, document, or commercial item deliveries to clients.
By creating a Business account, you gain comprehensive control and visibility over your deliveries. Enjoy seamless access to your delivery history, driver records, proof of receipt (photo & signature), pricing details, and total fees—all conveniently available anytime and anywhere.

Available on iOS, Android, and the website, our platform ensures a seamless experience for fast, same-day, on-demand deliveries at a more cost-effective rate compared to current service providers.

With MannaEV Same-Day On-Demand Delivery Service, you can now deliver a wide array of items to meet your specific needs. Our services cater to various delivery types, including parcels, documents, urgent packages, express deliveries, gifts, food, groceries, over-the-counter medicines, and more.

What is the difference between a Motorcycle and a Car delivery option?
The Motorcycle option is suitable for delivering small items, while the Car option is designed for transporting larger items.
What is a Single Delivery and a Multi-Locations Delivery?
A Single Delivery involves sending an item from one pick-up point to a single drop-off point.
Multi-Locations Delivery allows you to send multiple items to multiple drop-off points in one go.
Are the MannaEV Delivery Service available every day?
We operate every Monday – Friday from 7am – 6pm, and Saturday from 7am – 1pm. Service will not be available for Sunday and Public Holiday. If a driver is not available in your area, you can contact our dedicated Chief Happiness (customer support) via WhatsApp or email.
Is the MannaEV Delivery Service limited to Malta’s area?
Yes, our services are currently available only in Malta, with plans to expand to Gozo soon.

BOOKING & FULFILLING ORDER
How can I check my delivery history?
In the mobile app, access your Order History on your profile page. On the website portal, find the Order History in the left menu bar after logging in.
How can I know if my order is going to be delivered soon?
Track your order in real-time through our application, you will also receive notifications throughout the entire delivery process.
How do I track my delivery?
Certainly! You can easily track your delivery in real-time through the MannaEV application.
If you’re using the MannaEV Delivery App, navigate to the “In Progress” tab at the bottom, locate your placed order, tap on it, and access the live updates of the delivery. To share the live tracking with the recipient, simply press the “Share” icon to send the tracking link.
For users on our web portal, click on the order you want to track, and you’ll find real-time updates for your placed delivery order. To share live tracking with the recipient, click on the “3 dots” at the bottom, select “Copy Order Link,” and share the link with your recipient.
If the driver doesn’t show up, what happens?
Rest assured, our real-time system monitors every move of our driver. If issues arise, our Chief Happiness (customer support) is available via dedicated WhatsApp or email.
What happens when the driver arrives late?
Due to busy roads and unforeseen weather conditions, delays may occur. To avoid disappointments, consider booking our same-day on-demand delivery service earlier or using our scheduling feature.
How can I make sure the receiver has received the package safely?
Our app requires our driver to snap and upload photos, as well as a signature, providing proof of recipient and ensuring a seamless experience.
If the receiver is not showing up upon drop-off, what will happen?
In case of a no-show, penalty fees will be incurred.
If I’m not available when the package arrives, can someone else receive it on my behalf?
Yes, you can choose to have the package signed by the receiving person through our delivery system, with a photo as proof of receipt.
What happens if the driver brings me the wrong package?
Our app mandates the driver to snap and upload photos of the product as proof of pickup, minimizing the occurrence of such experiences.
Can I schedule a next day pick-up delivery service?
Yes, you can. The driver will be notified 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
How can I contact the driver?
You will be able to contact the driver directly through our application or website during their delivery.
PAYMENT
How can I pay for my delivery service?
We offer three payment methods:
- Credit Card Payment
- Debit Card Payment
- Wallet Payment
How can I select a payment method?
When ordering a delivery service, you can choose your preferred payment method at the bottom.
What is the Wallet payment method and how can I use it?
MannaEV Delivery provides an in-app virtual wallet. Find the Wallet in your profile on our app or in the left menu on our website portal. Top-up with your credit/ debit card and enjoy using our service without cash, eliminating the need to use your card for every transaction.
Is it possible to pay with cryptocurrency?
Currently, we do not accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoins/ ETH, etc.), but there are plans to implement them in the future.
Are there any discounts/ promo codes/ extra wallet credits for regular customers?
Yes, check for discounts, promo codes, or extra wallet credits frequently on our Facebook page or contact our Chief Happiness (customer support).

What is your Lost and Found policy?
If you lose your items during delivery, contact the driver immediately or reach out to our Chief Happiness (customer support) through the app or website.
If our driver finds a lost item, they will return it to MannaEV HQ at Valley Road, Birkirkara BKR 9021, Malta, and our Chief Happiness Team will contact you.
